The production method of the pesticide product comprises the following steps of: stirring and mixing the raw materials, smashing the raw materials through air flow and then fully mixing the raw materials. The pesticide of the formula is uniformly sprayed on leave surfaces of sugarcanes after being diluted by 500-800 times of water, so that borer pests on the sugarcanes in a seedling stage and the sugarcane stalk borer pests in the later stage can be effectively controlled; the prevention and treatment effect is over 85 percent; furthermore, sugarcane cottony aphids can be also prevented.
