Abstract

The invention relates to a water pipe lined with a thin-wall stainless steel pipe inside and a fabrication method of the water pipe. An inner overflowing pipe made of thin-wall stainless steel and an outer frame are arranged in a tap water cement pipe as a lining pipe, the frame is welded into one body by a plurality of circular rings and a plurality of connecting rods made of thin-wall stainless steel bands or steel wires; the outer diameter of the lining pipe is equal to or slightly less than that of the cement pipe, and the thickness of the inner pipe is 0.2-0.6 mm; the lining fabrication and diameter reduction are performed in the factory; lining coating, cement pipe coating and sheathing operation are carried out on a construction site; rounding is carried out in the construction site, then vibration combination, fold removal, end welding and segmental detection are performed; or the lining can be poured into a whole in the factory and then is transported to the construction site; the frame is used to achieve high mechanical strength and thin walled pipe collapse prevention; the friction force between the lining and the cement pipe is large, so that displacement between the pipes is prevented; the frame has elasticity, so as to be convenient for diameter reduction and cement pipe assembly; and less stainless steel is used, therefore, low expense is achieved. The water pipe with stainless steel lining under the condition of same diameter has high speed and high water volume, the water resistance is reduced by 80%, and the energy is saved by more than 4*10<6> Kw.h every day. The process ensures no collapse of the thin walled pipe under negative pressure, and can be used for a PCCP (prestressed concrete cylinder pipe), a nodular cast iron pipe and old pipe network reconstruction.
