Abstract

The invention provides a five-in-one variety breeding method. The five-in-one variety breeding method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking a hybridized combination A*B or a population variety C as a base material, planting the base material in a strong stress environment at high density and large group, continuously carrying out selfing and test mating by using an IPT ((Isopentenyl-Transferases) method, planting the test mating progenies in regions with remarkably different ecological environments and selecting single plants D of which the test mating progenies meet certain standard; secondly, carrying out DH (Doubled Haploid) breeding by taking the D as the material to obtain more than 1000 haploid seeds, doubling the haploids to obtain more than 100 DH pure lines, carry outing target character selection, genetic background restoration selection and homozygosity identification by using an MAS (Marker Assisted Selection) molecule marker assisted breeding technology and selecting a DH pure line F according with a breeding target; thirdly, taking F as parent and assembling the F with the traditional common pure line cultivar to form a hybridized combination, planting the hybridized combination at more than ten test points in different ecological regions and selecting hybridized combination with strong adaptability, high quality and high yield as a hybrid variety G for breeding. According to the five-in-one variety breeding method provided by the invention, the breeding efficiency is increased.
