Abstract

The gasification mechanism comprises a gasification furnace composed of a gasification chamber and and a shock chilling chamber. A main burner is arranged at the top of the gasification chamber in the axial direction. A plurality of auxiliary burners are arranged on the middle upper portion of the gasification chamber along the circumference in an even symmetrical mode. The bottom of the gasification chamber is provided with a tapered outlet extending into the shock chamber. A coal gas outlet is formed in the upper portion of the shock chilling chamber. Shock chilling water with certain liquid level is stored in the lower portion of the shock chilling chamber. A shock chilling ring and a descending tube are sequentially arranged on the lower portion of the tapered outlet of the gasification chamber. A plurality of water outlet holes with certain inclined angles are evenly formed in the inner annular wall of the shock chilling ring along the circumference direction. The outlet end of the descending tube extends below the liquid face of the shock chilling chamber. The washing mechanism comprises a washing tower communicated with the coal gas outlet through a washing device.
