According to the invention, the soil strengthening construction period before a tunnel is excavated is shortened; aiming at the condition of water leakage when a foundation pit is excavated, water can be timely stopped; solidifying and hardening time is easy to regulate; the grout with long designed hardening time also has high intensity; and the novel rapid water stopping and soil conditioning method is efficient and safe and is cost-saving.
