Problems solved by technology

This method reduces environmental pollution and reduces losses such as volatilization, loss, and decomposition of active substances; however, the formation principle of the controlled-release capsule coating is that sodium alginate and calcium chloride form calcium alginate precipitates, and no covalent bond crosslinking is formed. This determines that the release period of the capsule is relatively short

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of humic acid sustained-release granules coated by Konjac glucomannan. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, putting humic acid granules into a coating machine; secondly, spraying a water solution of Konjac glucomannan, with a mass concentration between 0.1 and 1.0%, into the coating machine while rotating the coating machine, evenly mixing the mixture, and heating and drying the mixture to obtain dry granules, wherein the mass ratio of the humic acid to the water solution of Konjac glucomannan is 100 to between 5 and 30; and finally, adding the dry granules into a Boron cross-linker water solution with a mass concentration between 0.1 and 10.0% for soaking and then filtering, and drying the obtained solid to obtain the humic acid sustained-release granules coated by the Konjac glucomannan. The coating provided by the invention is degradable, and thus the coating can improve rather than have bad influence on the soil properties. Besides, material of the coating can extend the period of sustained release after being cross-linked with boron compounds. Meanwhile, boron contained in the cross-linker is an essential element of boron-containing fertilizers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural fertilizer preparation, and in particular relates to a preparation method of konjac gum-coated humic acid slow-release granules. Background technique [0002] At present, the preparation methods of humic acid sustained-release granules or sustained-release capsules have been reported in relevant papers and patents. Humic acid sustained-release granules are mainly prepared by polymerizing humic acid and polymerizable monomers (such as acrylic acid, acrylamide, methylenebisacrylamide, etc.) in aqueous solution, drying, and pulverizing. Slow release, water retention, etc., but the polymer introduced by it cannot be degraded, which has an adverse effect on soil properties. Humic acid sustained-release capsules (such as Chinese patent 200810038416.7) are mixed aqueous solution of humic acid, glucose and other mixtures with sodium alginate aqueous solution, and then added to calcium chloride solution to pre...
