Abstract
The invention relates to a gravity flow dryer which is high in thermal efficiency, low in energy consumption, high in drying speed, good in drying quality and small in floor area, and produces little dust. The gravity flow dryer comprises a barrel, drying caps, drying trays, a blanking funnel, a blanking plate, a discharge valve and an electromagnetic vibrator. The barrel is internally provided with the drying caps and the drying trays, high-pressure hot air passes through the drying trays and the drying caps from bottom to top and perform sufficient heat exchange with a material layer which flows to above the hot air and has certain thickness during a task, so that drying and dehydration of a drying article are accomplished.
