The auxiliary fire investigation system comprises a wall position judge module, a wall roughness judge module, a carbon black trace computation module, a display module and an input module, wherein the input module is used for inputting basic parameters of carbon black pellets, solving waiting time steps and obstacle surface information; the wall position judge module is connected with the input module; the wall roughness judge module are respectively connected with the input module and the wall position judge module; the carbon black trace computation module is connected with the wall roughness judge module; the display module is connected with the carbon black trace computation module and used for displaying the carbon black traces according to the received computed results of the carbon black traces. The auxiliary fire investigation system and method can realize fire accident numerical simulation, the static and dynamic visual numerical simulation of the carbon black traces and the quantitative analysis of the carbon black traces in a computational area and can be widely applied to the fields of fire accident cause identification, fire scientific research, reality simulation and the like.
