The method comprises that a nitrogen dioxide raw material enters and is subjected to rectification, wherein gas pressure on the top pf the rectification dehydration tower is 0.06-0.46 MaPG, the theoretical column plate number of the rectification dehydration tower is 3-26, and a reflux ratio is 0.46-16.
