Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: (1) pretreatment of to-be inoculated materials; (2) disinfection of explants; (3) establishment of sterile systems; (4) multiplication culturing of buds; (5) strong seedling and rooting culturing; and (6) transplantation of test-tube seedlings. The method for rapidly breeding cherry seedlings through tissue culturing has the advantages of a low contamination rate of explants, a high breeding coefficient, good seedling quality and a high transplanting survival rate; according to the method, the defects of a low breeding coefficient, a long period and season limitation of the conventional technology are overcome.
