Abstract
The invention provides a composition with a refreshing function. The composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 to 12 parts of green tea, 1.5 to 9 parts of roselle, 1.5 to 9 parts of lycium barbarum, 1.5 to 9 parts of fructus zziphi jujubae, and 0.2 to 3.5 parts of L-carnitine. The effective components of the composition have the effects of promoting energy metabolism, stimulating central nervous system, supplying a plurality of nutrient elements and boosting the immunity.
