Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating heavy metal wastewater by virtue of a conducting film. The method comprises the following specific steps: 1, pumping heavy metal wastewater entering from a wastewater inlet (1) to a pre-treatment device (3) through a pump (2) to remove particles in wastewater; 2, introducing the wastewater without particles to a pH adjusting pool (4) to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 4-6.5; and 3, pumping the wastewater with adjusted pH value to a film pond (9) through a valve (5), a flowmeter (6) and a pressure gauge (7) by means of a pump (2'), wherein heavy metal ions can not penetrate through a conducting film to form heavy metal concentrated liquor due to the positive electricity rejection effect between the conducting film as an anode in the film pool (9) and the heavy metal ions in the wastewater, while water in the wastewater penetrates through the conducting film to form a penetrating fluid. The heavy metal concentrated liquor flows back to the adjusting pool (4) through a pressure gauge (7') and a valve (5') while the penetrating fluid is discharged through a penetrating fluid outlet (8).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of membrane separation, and in particular relates to a method for treating heavy metal wastewater with a conductive membrane. Background technique [0002] The severe excess of heavy metals in local water caused by industrial development has become an important environmental pollution problem, which not only affects the effective use of water resources, but also has a great impact on public health. In February 2011, the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Heavy Metal Pollution" was officially approved by the State Council and became the first approved "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". Total amount control of metalloid arsenic is implemented. [0003] Since heavy metals can only be transformed and migrated but not degraded, the removal of heavy metals in wastewater has been troubled by people. At present, the removal methods of heavy metal ions mainly include: physical method, chemic...
