Abstract

The float-type flow stabilizer is characterized by further comprising an inlet spiral diversion structural body, a flow stabilization float, an anti-blocking inverted cone and an outlet spiral diversion structural body. A plurality of diversion holes and a tapered cavity are formed in the flow stabilization float. The inlet spiral diversion structural body and the outlet spiral diversion structural body are connected with a cylindrical cavity of a central pipe through threads. A righting rod and the anti-blocking inverted cone are fixedly connected between the inlet spiral diversion structural body and the outlet spiral diversion structural body in sequence. The flow stabilization float sleeves the outside of the righting rod and can slide vertically along the righting rod. A spring is fixed on the right rod in a winding mode between the upper end of the flow stabilization float and the bottom of the inlet spiral diversion structural body. The tapered cavity and the anti-blocking inverted cone are mutually matched. The float-type flow stabilizer can slow down or avoid influence, caused by fluctuation of liquid flow parameters, on separation effect of a cyclone separator, thereby ensuring stable and efficiency operation of the cyclone separator.
