Problems solved by technology

In recent years, my country has carried out research on the introduction, cultivation, breeding and flowering regulation technology of Strelitzia orchid, and has made remarkable progress. However, there are few methods for preservation of Strelitzia cut flowers, and chemical inhibition of ethylene such as silver thiosulfate is mainly used. To delay the life of cut vases, the silver thiosulfate used in this method will cause environmental pollution
And the fresh-keeping method of Strelitzia cut flower storage and transportation process has not been reported by others so far

Embodiment 1

[0022] Materials and pretreatment: Strelitzia reginae Banks was used as the experimental material, and the robust flower branches that opened the first small flower on the day of picking and had the same size of flower branches were picked, cut into 50cm equal lengths at room temperature, and rehydrated (tap water) for 24 hours to cool Finally, according to the requirements for export storage and transportation of fresh-cut flowers, every ten flowers are packed in bundles (the flowers are covered with a cup-shaped plastic film, and the cuts of the flower stems are covered with water-containing sponges).

[0023] Experimental treatment: 2μL / L (pretreatment result) is the fumigation concentration, with normal temperature (25°C) and cold storage (12°C), fumigation for 6h and 24h, and repeated fumigation or not, the following eight treatments are cross-set: 25°C CK1 (control), A (6h fumigation), A-2 (6h fumigation—after 2 days of storage and transportation—repeated fumigation for 6...

Embodiment 2

[0058] Using Strelitzia fresh-cut flowers as test materials, picking the first small flower that bloomed on the same day and the robust flower branches of the same size, sent to the laboratory (25°C), cut into 50cm equal lengths after sorting, and rehydrated (tap water) for 24 hours to cool Finally, according to the requirements for export storage and transportation of fresh-cut flowers, pack 10 flowers per bundle, cover the flowers with a cup-shaped plastic film, and wrap the incision with a water-containing sponge. Rehydration and treatment were carried out in an artificial climate box (25°C, 75% relative humidity). 1-MCP reagent adopts Anxipei produced by Taiwan Litong Company

[0059] The test was carried out at room temperature (25°C) and cold storage (12°C) at the same time, and 1-MCP was set at six concentrations of 0 (CK), 0.2, 1, 2, 4, and 8ul / L. Take the volume of the air storage box as the unit to calculate the required amount of each concentration of Anxipe, d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a freshness-retaining method for storage and transportation of Strelitzia reginae banks cut-flowers. The method comprises the steps of: 1) picking a first small flower blossoming on that day and robust flower branches with a consistent size, conducting neatening, water cutting, and condensate cooling, then performing packaging according to the storage and transportation requirements of fresh cut-flowers, sheathing the flower with a cup-shaped plastic film, wrapping the cuts with water-containing sponges; 2) calculating the needed amount of 1-MCP (1-methylcycloproene) for each concentration treatment with the volume of a storage and transportation box as the unit, putting the 1-MCP needed by each concentration treatment into storage and transportation boxes loaded with bouquets, sealing all gaps of each storage and transportation box so as to prevent leakage of the 1-MCP gas, and taking them out after a period of treatment. The method of the invention employs 1-MCP as a preservative, which not only has an excellent freshness-retaining effect on Strelitzia reginae banks, but also eliminates pollution brought by a traditional ethylene chemical inhibitor and silver thiosulfate, and the 1-MCP has the advantages of small dosage, low cost and convenient operation, etc. The invention also provides an optimal storage and transportation condition for 1-MCP as the Strelitzia reginae banks preservative. And the adopted 1-MCP is in a card type, so that the dosage calculation and operation are both very convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a storage, transportation and preservation method for flowers, in particular to a storage, transportation and preservation method for Strelitzia cut flowers. Background technique [0002] Strelitzia reginae Banks is a perennial evergreen perennial herbaceous plant that likes a warm and sunny climate. It is a high-end, precious, and gorgeous flower, known as the king of fresh-cut flowers, deeply loved by people and regarded as an auspicious thing. Strelitzia orchid is native to southern Africa, and is also known as bird of paradise flower and bird of paradise flower. Strelitzia orchid can bloom from autumn to late spring and early summer of the following year, and has a large market space. It is a flower of great economic value and has a very broad development prospect. In recent years, my country has carried out research on the introduction, cultivation, breeding and flowering regulation technology of Strelitzia orchid, and ha...
