Abstract

The invention provides a novel glass slide rack for pathological tissue. The novel glass slide rack is characterized by comprising a small support and a large support. The small support and the large support are both made from a high temperature-resistant material. The small support is of a hollow-out structure, which facilitates insertion and take-down of a glass slide; after the glass slide is inserted into a neck of the small support, a transverse division bar is used for snapping the glass slide to prevent the glass slide from slipping down; and the small support is provided with a plurality of necks and allows 10 glass slides to be inserted at most. The large support comprises a plurality of inclined large support necks and allows the small support to be inserted so as to form a complete glass slide rack. Since the large support neck has an inclination angle, glass slides do not need to be taken down one by one and can be directly placed on a slide drying plate of a slide dryer for slide drying. 5 small supports can be inserted into one large support at most, and 50 slide samples can be treated at a time. With the glass slide rack provided by the invention, the whole operation procedures consisting of slide roasting, slide drying and dyeing can be completed without repeated take-down of glass slides, so work efficiency of dyeing of pathological tissue slides is substantially improved.
