Problems solved by technology

[0005] Wharf operations require the coordination and cooperation of multiple devices, while the existing scheduling system only considers the operation cost of one device, such as only considering the collection truck
In addition, the existing scheduling system is often only considered from the perspective of the least cost, and a large number of tasks may be assigned to the quay crane or storage yard that is very close to the current location of the collection truck, while the quay crane or storage yard that is far away from the current location of the collection truck The yard cannot get truck resources, resulting in ineffective emptying, resulting in low operating efficiency of some quayside cranes or storage yards, affecting the overall operating efficiency of the terminal
[0006] The above factors lead to the use of the collection truck dispatching system and method in the prior art, which not only has low operating efficiency, cannot meet the needs of real-time dispatch of collection trucks, but also consumes a lot of energy and high operating costs.

Abstract

The invention relates to the dispatching field of container tucks and discloses an intelligent dispatching system and an intelligent dispatching method of the container trucks. The dispatching system comprises a dispatching center (1), a container wharf task center (6) communicated with the dispatching center (1), the container trucks (2), a quay crane terminal (3), a field crane terminal (4), a radio frequency identification device (RFID) regional positioning system (5) composed of a plurality of RFID readers distributed in places of a wharf. The dispatching center (1) acquires properties and position information of all container trucks and information of tasks to be finished uploaded by the container wharf task center (6). The container trucks (2) is distributed in number according to operation efficiency of all quay cranes and all field cranes, then, the total cost, of the tasks to be finished, of all feasible distribution schemes is calculated, and finally a scheme with smallest cost is chosen to be executed. The intelligent dispatching system and the intelligent dispatching method of the container trucks can improve wharf operation efficiency, reduce wharf operation cost, improve the utilization rate of equipment, reduce inefficient waiting-around of operation equipment, and reduce no-load ratio and energy consumption of the container trucks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of dispatching container trucks, in particular to an intelligent dispatching system and method for container trucks. Background technique [0002] With the increasing competition in modern ports, how to improve the utilization rate of terminal operation equipment and reduce operating costs has become an important research topic for terminals to improve their service level and enhance their own competitiveness. The stay time of ships at the wharf and the time to complete loading and unloading operations have become important indicators to measure the level of wharf operations, and this indicator is closely related to the operating efficiency of wharf operating equipment. The routine operations of the container terminal mainly include loading, unloading, moving and picking up containers. Commonly used equipment for terminal operations includes quay cranes, yard cranes and trucks (container trucks). The basic process o...
