Embodiment 1

[0044] At 25°C, dissolve 50 grams of vinyl-containing methyl silicone rubber in 250 milliliters of toluene and dichloromethane mixed solution, then add 100 grams of MQ resin with a molecular weight of 5500, mix well and add hydrogen-containing polysiloxane 0.15 grams and 0.05 grams of chloroplatinic acid, wherein the mass ratio of vinyl to silicone rubber is 0.011:1. After adding the catalytic system, the temperature was raised to 80°C for 50 minutes, and then the solvent was removed by distillation under reduced pressure to prepare a silicone thermoplastic elastomer. The softening point of the product was 84°C, the tensile strength was 2.18 MPa, and the elongation at break was 314%.

The organic silicon thermoplastic elastomer material is characterized in that a thermoplastic elastomer is composed of organic silicon rubber, organic silicon resin and a crosslinking system; and the thermoplastic elastomer is prepared according to the following process steps of: preparing the thermoplastic elastomer by enabling the organic silicon rubber, the organic silicon resin and the crosslinking system to achieve intermolecular blending in solution, or uniformly mixing the organic silicon rubber, the organic silicon resin and the crosslinking system via a kneader or a double-screw extruder in a temperature condition of greater than 100 DEG C, and then preparing the high-performance dynamically-vulcanized organic silicon thermoplastic elastomer. Compared with other thermoplastic elastomers, the material is more capable of exerting the high-temperature resistance and ultraviolet resistance of organic silicon materials, excellent in optical transmission, and capable of being widely applied to the fields of solar energy, buildings, automobiles and medical treatment.
