Embodiment approach 1

[0049] figure 1 It is a configuration diagram showing a cross section of the motor 104 in Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In this embodiment, an example of a brushless motor using a PWM method will be described as the motor 104 . In addition, in this embodiment, an example of an inner rotor type brushless motor in which the rotor is rotatably arranged on the inner peripheral side of the stator will be described.

[0050] exist figure 1 In this case, the stator winding 12 is wound around the stator core 11 with an insulator or the like interposed therebetween. The stator winding 12 is driven by a pulse width modulation inverter. And, this kind of stator core 11 is molded together with other fixing members using insulating resin 13 as a molding material. In the present embodiment, by integrally molding these above-mentioned members in this manner, the stator 10 having an approximately cylindrical outer shape is constituted.

Embodiment approach 2

[0078] Figure 4 It is a block diagram of the air conditioner in Embodiment 2 of this invention. In this embodiment, an air conditioner installed indoors as an indoor unit will be described as an example of the electrical equipment of the present invention. Such as Figure 4 As shown, the air conditioner 100 is equipped with the heat exchanger 102, the fan 103, and the electric motor 104 demonstrated in Embodiment 1 in the cabinet 101. As shown in FIG.

[0079] The heat exchanger 102 is composed of a conductive metal member, and exchanges heat with air taken in from the suction part for heating or cooling. The fan 103 is a cross-flow fan, and blows the air conditioned by the heat exchanger 102 . The motor 104 is connected to the fan 103 via the rotating shaft 16 of the motor 104 to drive the fan 103 to rotate. According to the structure of the air conditioner 100 of this kind, the air conditioned by the heat exchanger 102 is blown, for example, into the room by the rotatio...

Embodiment approach 3

[0083] Next, the structure of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner which is another example of the electric equipment of this invention is demonstrated in detail using Embodiment 3. FIG.

[0084] exist Figure 5 In the outdoor unit 301 of the air conditioner, the motor 104 according to Embodiment 1 is mounted inside a casing 311 . The motor 104 has a fan 312 attached to the rotating shaft 16 and functions as a blower motor.

[0085] The outdoor unit 301 is divided into a compressor room 306 and a heat exchanger room 309 by a partition plate 304 erected on the bottom plate 302 of the casing 311 . A compressor 305 is arranged in the compressor chamber 306 . In the heat exchanger chamber 309, the heat exchanger 307 and the motor for blowing are arranged. An electrical component box 310 is disposed on the upper portion of the partition plate 304 .

[0086] As the motor 104 driven by the motor drive unit 303 housed in the electrical component box 310 rotates, the fan 312 of ...

Abstract

A motor of the present invention is provided with: a stator that has a stator winding wound around a stator core; a rotor that has a rotation axle as the center thereof, and comprises a rotating body; bearings that support the rotation axle; and two conductive brackets onto which the bearings are anchored. The rotating body holds a magnet in a state opposed to the stator, and is connected to the rotation axle such that the rotation axle penetrates the center thereof. In the rotating body, a dielectric layer is formed between the rotation axle and the outer circumference of the rotating body. The dielectric layer is made to be a polygon with the rotation axle as the center thereof. An electrical appliance of the present invention has such a motor mounted thereon.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an electric motor and an electric device having the same, and more particularly to an improved electric motor for suppressing electric corrosion in bearings of the built-in electric motor and electric equipment having the same. Background technique [0002] As one type of electrical equipment, an air conditioner that performs air conditioning such as cooling and heating generally includes a fan for blowing air, and a motor for rotating the fan. In addition, in recent years, so-called brushless motors have been increasingly adopted as electric motors. Such a brushless motor uses an inverter of a pulse width modulation (Pulse Width Modulation) method (hereinafter appropriately referred to as a PWM method). On the other hand, since the PWM method uses high-frequency pulse waves to perform switching, unnecessary high-frequency signals tend to be radiated from the brushless motor. [0003] Therefore, an air conditioner cap...
