Embodiment Construction

[0042] In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages to be solved by the present invention clearer, the following will describe in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0043] Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for realizing segmental virtual flow-through construction of ship curved surfaces, including:

[0044] Step 1. Obtain the processing procedures in each segment;

[0045] Step 2. Set the initial staffing plan, and adjust the initial staffing plan for each processing procedure in each segment with the virtual flow manufacturing resource allocation target, and assign processing to each processing procedure according to the adjustment result personnel;

[0046] Step 3. In each section, adjust the processing procedures with gaps in the processing time of the preceding and following procedures, so as to finally generate a personnel scheduling plan for the virtual streamlined construction of the ship...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for realizing virtual water-flowing type construction of curved surface sections of a ship. The method comprises the following steps of: acquiring machining processes of each section; setting an initially set staffing scheme, and adjusting the initially set staffing scheme of each machining process in each section by using a virtual water-flowing manufacturing resource allocation target to obtain an adjustment result; and adjusting the machining process in a machining time gap between a former process and a later process in each section to generate a staff scheduling scheme for the virtual water-flowing type construction of the curved surface sections of the ship. By the method provided by the invention, the staff scheduling of the virtual water-flowing production mode of the curved surface sections of the ship is taken as a starting point, the gapless flow of staff among the sections is taken as an idea, and finally a staff continuous adjustment-based virtual water-flowing type construction method facing the production of the curved surface sections is established; and the theory and the method for the virtual water-flowing construction of the curved surfaced sections are filled and completed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of manufacturing technology, in particular to a method for realizing segmented virtual streamlined construction of a ship's curved surface. Background technique [0002] The segments produced in the manufacturing process of ship surface segments are large-scale assemblies. During the construction process, it is necessary to complete the welding, assembly and painting processes of the segments, and due to the heavy weight and complex shape of the segments, the segments are difficult to produce during the production process. It is difficult to be moved, so it requires a virtual streamlined construction of process personnel and manufacturing resources to move between various sections in the site. The so-called virtual streamlined construction means that the position of the processing workpiece is fixed and the manufacturing resources flow between each workpiece to complete the production of the workpiece. This manufactu...
