A soft measuring method of dynamic liquid level under a sucker rod oil well includes the steps of collecting the dynamic liquid level data of the sucker rod oil well, eliminating outliers of the collected data of the sucker rod oil well; calculating mean load in upstroke and downstroke and the pump efficiency of the pumping unit; subjecting the mean load of upstroke and downstroke, the surface casing pressure of the sucker rod oil well, the daily fluid output of the sucker rod oil well, the pump efficiency of the pumping unit and the depth of the pump under the sucker rod oil well to principal component analysis and transformation to obtain principal components feature vectors of the dynamic liquid level under the sucker rod oil well; and building forecasting functions of the dynamic liquid level based on vector progression so as to forecast the dynamic liquid level and obtain the soft measuring results of the dynamic liquid level under the sucker rod oil well. The soft measuring method of dynamic liquid level under the sucker rod oil well is capable of measuring on-line continuously with low measuring costs and high safety, saving field data automatically without manual spot operations, and being free of manual records to reduce loss of data and recording failure percentage.
