Abstract

The invention provides a phosphate ester hydraulic oil composition. The composition provided in the invention comprises phosphate ester base fluid, a viscosity index improver, an antioxidant, a metal corrosion inhibitor, an anti-rust agent, an anti-electroerosion agent, and an acid capturing agent. Specifically, the phosphate ester base fluid is composed of tri-butyl phosphate, triisobutyl phosphate and alkyldiaryl phosphate. The viscosity index improver is prepared by a polymerization reaction of an alkyl alkylacrylate monomer and an isoalkyl alkylacrylate monomer. The phosphate ester hydraulic oil composition provided by the invention has excellent flame resistance, low temperature fluidity, shear stability, oxidation resistance, metal corrosion inhibition performance, anti-electroerosion performance and rust resistance.
