Problems solved by technology

[0007] 5) Boron participates in the components of various parts of plants and affects the formation of cell membranes. When boron is deficient, the formation of cell membranes is incomplete, vitality decreases, and plant growth is poor;
[0015] 1) Boron deficiency often causes damage to young growth tissues;
[0016] 2) When boron is deficient, although there is a sufficient amount of calcium in the soil, plants cannot use it well;
[0017] 3) When boron is deficient, the pollen of the plant is poorly developed, or even completely unable to germinate;
[0018] 4) Boron deficiency will not only reduce the yield of crops, but also deteriorate their quality
[0019] Boron in existing boron ores containing a large amount of boron mainly exists in the form of oxides, which is not conducive to crop absorption and cannot effectively promote crop growth

Abstract

The invention discloses an ammonia-acid method activated-boron ore compound fertilizer and a production process thereof. The raw materials of the compound fertilizer includes boron ore, and further comprises an excess amount of concentrated sulfuric acid for reacting with the boron ore, ammonia for neutralizing the excess amount of the concentrated sulfuric acid, and nutritional materials, salts and inevitable impurities. According to the invention, the concentrated sulfuric acid is used to activate and transform the boron in the boron ore from the form of oxide into the form of borate which is easily absorbed by crops, and then via granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and coating with the nutritional materials and the salts, to obtain finished products. The ammonia-acid method activated-boron ore compound fertilizer of the present invention is easily absorbed by crops, wherein the elemental boron is mainly in the form of BO3<2->, so the compound fertilizer is suitable for the production, and can effective promote growth of crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a compound fertilizer, in particular to a compound fertilizer activated by boron ore by an acid method, and also relates to a production process of the compound fertilizer. Background technique [0002] Fertilizer is the food of crops. The growth of crops not only needs a large number of elements nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, but also requires trace elements calcium, magnesium, sulfur, boron, manganese, copper, zinc, molybdenum, iron, chlorine, and boron as trace elements. Participate in many important physiological activities in the life process, which cannot be replaced by other nutrients. Its functions mainly include: [0003] 1) Boron participates in the cell differentiation of the meristem at the growth point of crops and promotes the development of the root system; [0004] 2) Boron participates in the reproductive organs of crops, that is, the differentiation, development and fertilization of flowers and fruits,...
