Problems solved by technology

However, after 6 years, the market's requirements for the determination of volatile organic compounds in cigarette rods and carton packaging paper are not limited to the 16 volatile organic compounds specified in the standard. More and more customers are consulting such as methanol, methyl acetate, The detection methods of volatile organic compounds not specified in the standards such as n-propanol, propylene glycol ether, and styrene have not yet formulated domestic and international standards for the detection of these volatile organic compounds. The Pony test relies on years of detection experience, With a solid technical foundation, through the analysis and research of a large number of samples, a set of detection methods has been developed, which has expanded the previous determination of 16 kinds of volatile organic compounds in cigarette sticks and box wrapping paper to 21 kinds, and applied for a patent

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco packing box, and in particular relates to a method for detecting contents of 21 volatile organic compounds (VOC), including benzene, methyl benzene, p-xylene, m-xylene, o-xylene, styrene, methanol, ethanol, acetone, isopropyl alcohol, methyl acetate, normal propyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, butanone, acetic acid isopropyl ester, n-butyl alcohol, propylene glycol monomethyl ether, n-propyl acetate, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone in a tobacco packing box. The method for detecting 21 volatile organic compounds in the tobacco packing box disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: sample pretreatment: preparing a piece of hard box packing paper; cutting and reserving a main packing surface by an area of 22.0cm*5.5cm; rolling the printing surface of the sample inwards to obtain a barrel-shaped part; putting the barrel-shaped part in a headspace bottle; adding 1000mu l of glycerol triacetate; sealing, and implementing a headspace-gas chromatography detection. The method disclosed by the invention is high in sensitivity, high in recovery rate, and excellent in precision of detecting result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of detection of cigarette packaging boxes, and in particular relates to a method for detecting 21 kinds of volatile organic compounds in cigarette packaging boxes. technical background [0002] VOC is an abbreviation for Volatile Organic Compounds. According to the definition of the World Health Organization, a compound with a boiling point between 50°C and 250°C, with a saturated vapor pressure exceeding 133.32kPa at room temperature, is a class of organic compounds that exist in the air in the form of vapor at room temperature. According to their different chemical structures, they can be further divided into eight categories: alkanes, aromatics, alkenes, halocarbons, esters, aldehydes, ketones and others. The main components of VOC are: hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, oxygen hydrocarbons and nitrogen hydrocarbons, which include: benzene series, organic chlorides, Freon series, organic ketones, am...
