The collaborative establishment method of the CAD model comprises the following steps of: acquiring a first distinguishing characteristic; acquiring a second distinguishing characteristic; judging whether the first distinguishing characteristic conflicts with the second distinguishing characteristic; combining the first distinguishing characteristic and the second distinguishing characteristic to an original model file to obtain a first target CAD model when judging that the first distinguishing characteristic does not conflict with the second distinguishing characteristic; and receiving a selection or modification instruction of a user for the first distinguishing characteristic and the second distinguishing characteristic and combining the distinguishing characteristic selected or modified by the user to the original model file to obtain the first target CAD model when judging that the first distinguishing characteristic conflicts with the second distinguishing characteristic.
