Embodiment Construction

[0011] A method for remediating arsenic-lead polluted soil with curcuma, comprising the steps of:

[0012] 1. To prove the adsorption of heavy metal arsenic-lead by edge grass; specifically including

[0013] 1. Experimental treatment design:

[0014] 1) Take 16 plants whose rhizosphere length is similar to the plant height, and which have just grown 1-2 small pinnate leaves, wash the roots with distilled water, then rinse with deionized water, and move them into a 500g container for cultivation. The plastic basin of substrate, specification is 25 * 15cm, and this culture substrate is mixed by vermiculite, perlite, and its percentage by weight is vermiculite: perlite=2:1;

[0015] 2) The drug lead nitrate (PbNO 3 , analytical grade, Sinopharm Group) and disodium arsenate heptahydrate (Na 2 HASO 4 ·7H 2 O, analytically pure grade, purity ≥ 99.7%, Alfa Aesar Company, the United States) was directly added to the culture medium, leached with deionized water for 3 days and mix...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for restoring arsenic-plumbum polluted soil by pteris multifida. The method comprises the following steps of: proving the adsorption of the pteris multifida on heavy metal arsenic-plumbum; and proving the safety of the pteris multifida on the stress of the heavy metal arsenic-plumbum. Experimental data show that the bioaccumulation factor (BF) and the transport factor (TF) of the pteris multifida on AS (Arsenic) exceed 1; and as Pb (Plumbum) is not an essential element for plant growth, the bioaccumulation amount of the Pb in bodies of the pteris multifida is little, but the experimental TF shows the adsorption of the pteris multifida on the plumbum in the moderate arsenic-polluted soil, therefore, the pteris multifida has an effective restoration significance to the arsenic-plumbum combined polluted soil. The pteris multifida has the characteristics of low cost, high biomass, high adaptability, avoidance of secondary pollution and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for repairing arsenic-lead polluted soil with curb grass, and belongs to the technical field of heavy metal soil pollution repair. Background technique [0002] A high degree of industrialization has accelerated the exploitation of natural resources, and the ensuing environmental pollution has put a huge pressure on the natural ecological environment. Mining mining has seriously damaged the ecosystem, leading to the deterioration of soil quality and the reduction of wild plant resources. Make the land useless. [0003] Arsenic is a non-metal widely distributed in nature. It mainly exists in the soil in two forms of organic and inorganic. When arsenic enters the human body and is absorbed, it destroys the redox ability of cells, affects the normal metabolism of cells, and causes tissue damage. Damage and physical impairment can directly cause poisoning death (Xie Zhengmiao, Liao Min, 1997; Li You, 2001). [0004] The ...
