Abstract

The invention provides a novel reaction device for SCR (selectively catalytic reduction) denitration catalyst. The reaction device comprises a guide plate, a flue gas rectifier, a plurality of catalyst layers and a plurality of corresponding fireproof and wearproof layers, wherein the guide plate is arranged at an inlet of the reaction device; the flue gas rectifier is arranged behind the guide plate; the plurality of catalyst layers are sequentially arranged behind the guide plate; and one corresponding fireproof and wearproof layer is arranged in front of each catalyst layer. Compared with the prior art, the novel reaction device has the following advantages: (1) the denitration catalyst arrangement form is improved by the utilization of an original SCR denitration device, the flue gas rectifier and the fireproof and wearproof layers are added, so that the catalyst is effectively prevented from being sintered and worn, wherein the first fireproof and wearproof layer can be used for effectively preventing the catalyst from being sintered and worn, while the second layer and the fireproof and wearproof layers behind the second layer can be used for effectively preventing the catalyst from being worn; and (2) the cost of improving the arrangement form of the SCR denitration catalyst is low, and the investment cost and the later-period management cost are greatly saved.
