The calibration device mainly consists of a multimeter, a battery, an organic glass column, an earth pillar, a TDT sensor, an electronic balance, a Marriott bottle (Markov bottle) and an artificial climatic box. According to the calibration method disclosed by the invention, different soil textures can be calibrated to obtain a calibration curve and a relevant parameter as well as obtain a temperature calibration curve so as to better realize temperature compensation.
