Computer-aided ITE safety detection software, detection expert system software, virtual instrument software and text processing software are installed in the network database server, wherein the computer-aided ITE safety detection software can call required data from the detection expert system software, the virtual instrument software and the text processing software that also can call the required data from the computer-aided ITE safety detection software; the network database server is connected with a router through a local area network gateway; and the router is connected with a plurality of clients. With the adoption of the safety detection system, the deficiency of the current safety detection of an information product is made up for; and the advantages of instrumental functions are combined with the advantages of a computer information management system, and the specificity and the specialty of the safety detection of the equipment are considered fully, so that an information technology and information management are well applied to the safety detection test of the equipment.
