Abstract

The invention provides an electric connector comprising a shielding shell, an insulating body and a plurality of conducting terminals, wherein the insulating body comprises a base and a butt-joint part which extends outwards from the base; one side of the butt-joint part is provided with a plurality of terminal containing slots, the other side of the butt-joint part is provided with at least one through hole communicated with the terminal containing slots; the base is provided with at least one through slot; the conducting terminals are correspondingly contained in the terminal containing slots of the insulating body; and meanwhile, at least one conducting terminal is partially exposed in the through hole and the through slot. The electric connector provided by the invention is simple in structure, stable in transmission and low in production cost.
