[0026] (1) Synthesis of gold nanoparticles

[0027] The synthesis scheme of gold nanoparticles is as follows: add 95mL of ultrapure water to a clean Erlenmeyer flask, then add 5mL of tetrachloroauric acid trihydrate with a concentration of 2g / L to the ultrapure water, heat, boil, and then add 2.5 The freshly prepared trisodium citrate solution with a mass concentration of 1% in mL was stirred while heating, the color of the solution changed from light yellow to red, and the boiling reaction continued for 10 min. Finally, the solution was cooled to room temperature, diluted to 100 mL, and stored at 4°C. That is, a 18nm gold nanoparticle solution was prepared.

[0028] (2) Synthesis of gold nanorods

[0029] Seed crystal synthesis: Add 0.1mL of 2g / L tetrachloroauric acid trihydrate solution to 1mL of 0.2M cetyltrimethylammonium bromide solution at 28°C, the color of the solution changes from colorless to yellowish brown . Then add 0.12mL of freshly prepared 0.01M sodium b...

Abstract

A binary plasma nanoparticle site specificity self-assembling method belongs to the technical field of material chemistry. The method comprises the following steps of: synthetising gold nanoparticles; synthetising gold nanorods; decorating DNA1 by using the gold nanoparticles; decorating DNA2 by using the gold nanorods; forming a DNA composite connecting arm; and assembling the gold nanoparticles and the gold nanorods. According to the invention, two important plasma nanoparticles, i.e. the gold nanoparticles and the gold nanorods are selected to prepare a discrete binary self-assembling body. The gold nanorods have space geometry and chemical anisotropy, so that the physical properties and the chemical properties of the gold nanorods in different space sites are different. Therefore, the technical method for controlling the space site specificity of binary gold nanomaterials is very important. The method provided by the invention has the advantage that a binary gold nanomaterial assembling body with uniform and controllable structure and sites as well as high yield is prepared.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method for site-specific self-assembly of binary plasmonic nanoparticles, which belongs to the technical field of material chemistry. Background technique [0002] Self-assembly refers to a technology in which basic structural units are spontaneously stacked in an orderly manner to form an ordered structure and express synergistic functions. In this process, the basic structural units are spontaneously organized or aggregated into a stable structure with a certain regular geometric appearance through the interaction of non-covalent bonds. In this process, several structures spontaneously correlate and gather together to form an ordered overall structure, which is a kind of overall complex synergy rather than weak interactions between a large number of atoms, ions or molecules. Simple superposition of forces. This basic structural unit generally refers to nanomaterials, micromaterials or molecules. Self-assembly is one of th...
