The disease pre-warning system is used for monitoring main factors (such as temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen consumption, pathogen number change) in a stichopus japonicus cultivation environment; applying a disease pre-warning model to analyze monitoring data; pre-warming a disease generation probability of the stichopus japonicus and putting forward prevention and control measures; and releasing pre-warming information through mobile phone messages or a network platform, wherein a disease pre-warming model screens out main environmental factors which remarkably affect growth and healthy cultivation of the stichopus japonicus after analyzing and researching long-term monitoring data of the stichopus japonicus cultivation environment; through an orthogonality simulation experiment, influence of each main factor to a death rate is analyzed in a mode that a telophase death rate of the stichopus japonicus is used as indexes while an experiment is ended; and based on a great number of data obtained from the experiment, an established pre-warming model based on a SQL Server (Structured Query Language Server) relationship databank engine comprises prediction methods, such as a regression analysis, a relevance regulation analysis, an expertise analysis, a rational analysis on storage, a neural network analysis.
