The system comprises a business generation module, a business management module, a business execution module and a business capability module. The business generation module is used for providing users of internet-of-things with a business generation environment, and generates corresponding business logic according to customizing terms of the uses of internet-of-things, the generated business logic is offered to the business management module; the business management module is used for managing the business logic; the business execution module is used for executing the corresponding business logic in the business management module when the business logic is triggered; and the business capability module is used for providing the business execution module with business capability transferring, and corresponding business capability support is offered for the business execution module to execute the business logic. With the method and the system, on-demand self-ordering businesses of end users is achieved, and the problem of low efficiency caused by centralized execution of the internet of things based businesses is relieved.
