Embodiment 1

[0043] After injecting 100 g of a 90 wt % L-lactic acid aqueous solution into a 250 mL three-necked flask, the flask was placed in an oil bath. Install a stirrer on the three-necked flask, insert a thermocouple thermometer, connect the vacuum pipeline and the nitrogen pipeline and replace it with nitrogen three times, then raise the temperature of the oil bath to 120°C for dehydration. The system pressure gradually decreased from normal pressure to 5KPa within 60 minutes from the start of dehydration; then continued dehydration at 5KPa for 1.5 hours (total dehydration 2.5 hours); at this time, after returning the system pressure to normal pressure with nitrogen, add Isosorbide 14.6g, isophthalic acid 16.6g, stannous acetate 65mg. Then the temperature of the system was raised to 210° C., the pressure was gradually reduced from normal pressure to 0.2 KPa within 2 hours, and the pressure was kept at 0.2 KPa for melt polymerization for 24 hours, and cooled to obtain a copolymeriza...

Abstract

The invention discloses a polylactic acid copolymer and the preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: with lactic acid and a copolymer monomer as raw materials, in the presence of a catalyst, fusing and polymerizing the raw materials at the pressure of 0.01-30kPa and the temperature of 160-230DEG C to obtain the polylactic acid copolymer which has higher molecular weight and higher glass transition temperature and contains an aromatic ring dicarboxylic acid unit, alicyclic dihydric alcoholunit or alicyclic dicarboxylic acid unit. According to the preparation method, due to the adoption of a fusion and polymerization one-step method, a process is direct and simple, the defect that polylactic acid is poor in heat resistance is improved, and the application range of the polylactic acid is widened. The preparation method can be widely applied to the field of package with higher heat resisting requirement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and in particular relates to a polylactic acid copolymer and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the 21st century, environmental pollution and resource shortages have become global problems, and they are getting more and more attention. Synthetic polymer materials using petroleum as raw materials are widely used and have made important contributions to the development of human civilization. However, such materials are difficult to recycle after use, causing serious "white pollution" problems; on the other hand, petroleum is a non-renewable resource, and the increasing consumption of petroleum has caused human beings to face serious resource shortages. It is expected that the development and application of degradable plastics, especially degradable materials derived from renewable resources, can greatly alleviate these two problems in the near future. [0003] Polylact...
