A side beam template is connected to two adjacent chapiter templates. An oblique beam template is connected between the top ends of the four chapiter templates and the two side beam templates which are communicated in an upwards inclining manner. The top ends of four obique beam templates are connected in a mutually communicated manner through connection panels. The side beam templates and the obique beam templates are used for connecting a U-shaped section mould and four grating template structures communicated with the obique beam templates. A side beam template supporting bracket is arranged below the side beam templates. An overall supporting bracket is arranged below the obique beam templates and the grating template structures. According to the template system and the construction method for the European style hollowed slab pinnacle model structure provided by the invention, integral pouring of a hollowed slab concrete is realized, and structural strength and seismic resistance are good and joints are smooth and attractive.
