Problems solved by technology

[0003] In dental care, dental panoramic machines and dental CT machines are often used to construct images. For convenience, panoramic and CT integrated machines have also appeared. The current integrated machines are divided into two categories, one is the panoramic mode and the CT mode are both DC X-ray irradiation, the machine only needs to install a DC mode X-ray generator; the other is the panoramic mode for DC X-ray irradiation, CT mode for pulse X-ray irradiation, the machine needs to install a DC mode X-ray generator and a pulse mode X-ray generating device; the former type of all-in-one machine also uses a DC mode X-ray source in CT mode, which increases the irradiation time of the patient, while the latter type reduces the irradiation time although the pulse mode However, due to the installation of two X-ray generating devices, the cost of the equipment is greatly increased

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The invention provides a hybrid X-ray generating device, figure 1 It is a structural diagram of an embodiment of the present invention. The hybrid X-ray generating device of this embodiment includes a high-voltage power generation system 1 , a tube current control system 2 , a control system 3 and an X-ray tube 4 .

[0030] The hybrid X-ray device of the present invention works in two modes: direct current mode and pulse mode, and the direct current mode and the pulse mode can be switched freely. Both ends, in the pulse mode, the high-voltage power supply generating system 1 generates a high-voltage pulse voltage to be applied to the two ends of the X-ray tube.

[0031] The ray tube current control system 2 is used to provide the tube current of the X-ray tube 4, and the control system 3 is respectively connected with the high-voltage power generation system 1, the ray tube current control system 2, and the X-ray tube 4 to control the operation of the entire circuit.

Abstract

The invention relates to a mixed X-ray generation method which comprises a DC (Direct Current) mode and a pulse mode. The DC mode and the pulse mode can be freely switched. In the DC mode, a required current is provided for a cathode filament of an X-ray tube according to an input tube current set value signal; uninterrupted DC high voltages are loaded to both ends of the X-ray tube according to an input tube voltage set value signal; and in the whole working period, the closed-loop control is respectively formed by a tube voltage feedback value signal and a tube current feedback value signal which are obtained by the X-ray tube and the input tube voltage set value signal and the input tube current set value signal. In the pulse mode, pulse high voltages are loaded to both ends of the X-ray tube; in the whole period during each pulse high voltage interval period, a tube voltage analog value signal and a tube current analog value signal are input to respectively replace the tube voltage and tube current feedback value signals. The invention also provides a mixed X-ray generation device. The mixed X-ray generation method and the mixed X-ray generation device have the advantage that two irradiation modes of DC and pulse X rays can be simultaneously implemented on one equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to X-ray technology, in particular to an X-ray generating method and an X-ray generating device. Background technique [0002] X-ray devices are more and more used in industrial and medical inspections. At present, X-ray generators are divided into DC mode and pulse mode. The X-ray generator in DC mode is a ray tube powered by DC high voltage, and the output is Continuous and uninterrupted X-rays, the X-ray generating device in pulse mode emits pulsed X-rays, and the pulse frequency and duty cycle are adjustable. [0003] In dental care, dental panoramic machines and dental CT machines are often used to construct images. For convenience, panoramic and CT integrated machines have also appeared. The current integrated machines are divided into two categories, one is the panoramic mode and the CT mode are both DC X-ray irradiation, the machine only needs to install a DC mode X-ray generator; the other is the panoramic mode for DC X-...
