Abstract

The invention discloses a color register process for a wheel hub. The process sequentially comprises the following steps of: (1) performing surface treatment; (2) spraying powder; (3) grinding the wheel hub, and removing parts where more powder is sprayed; (4) spraying paint; (5) machining by using a cutter; (6) putting into paint tanks, and performing color register on the wheel hub for the first time through cathode electrophoresis; and (7) sequentially repeating step (5) and step (6), machining different parts of the wheel hub by using the cutter, and performing color register for multiple times in the paint tanks of different colors every time. By the process, different parts of the wheel hub can be machined and painted for multiple times, the wheel hub has different patterns, modelings and colors, the diversified demand of customers is met, and the technical problems are solved; and the process has good popularization and application value.
