According to the invention, using effects of blue glass basement is realized or approached by film coating. With the filter, production cost can be effectively reduced and using effect of the present ordinary infrared cut-off filter can be substantially improved. When the filter is used for light source inclination incidence or big cone angle incidence, not only center wavelength moves less but also spectrum curve can maintain good characteristics.
