According to the invention, a large-scale hoisting machine is prevented from entering into a residential community, which enables influence on the living environment of the community to be reduced; the roof hoisting apparatus slides along rails, and the container can reach the balcony of a house of any user, thereby mitigating influence of room reconstruction on other residents; usage of the roof hoisting apparatus is not restricted by an elevator, a stair and a hoisting appliance, hoisted components and parts do not easily get damaged, so logistics of appliances, parts and wastes is benefited.
