Embodiment Construction

[0015] Referring to the drawings, a solar panel tube 10 according to the present invention includes a first pipe 11 and a second pipe 12 surrounded by a first insulating material 13 and a second insulating material 14 respectively.

[0016] The first insulating material 13 and the second insulating material 14 are wrapped in a protective layer 15 .

[0017] The total weight used is 650g / m 2 , thickness 1mm, coated with PVC (480g / m 2 ) of high resistance polyester fabric as layer 15. This results in a self-extinguishing layer which, when ignited, produces clear, non-toxic smoke and does not drip.

[0018] Layer 15 protects the insulation from atmospheric forces, insects, rodents and birds.

[0019] The solar panel tube 10 preferably also comprises a cable 16 (or several cables) between the insulating material 13 or 14 and the layer 15 . Cable 16 is the cable used to operate the solar panel system.

[0020] The pipes 11 and 12 are tubes made of stainless steel, preferably c...

Abstract

Solar panel tube, comprising a first pipe (11); a second pipe (12); a first insulating material (13) surrounding said first pipe; a second insulating material (14) surrounding said second pipe; said first insulating material comprising a supporting layer treated with aerogel; said second insulating material comprising a supporting layer treated with aerogel; wherein said first and second insulating materials (13, 14) are wrapped in a nylon thread winding (20) and said first and second insulating material are further wrapped by a protective layer (15).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a solar panel tube. In particular the invention relates to pipes for delivering cold fluid to solar panels and withdrawing hot fluid. Background technique [0002] For this purpose, pairs of tubes, generally made of stainless steel, with a diameter of 16-20-25 mm are usually used. Each tube is thermally insulated by an insulating material surrounding the tube. Usually, silicone rubber is used as the insulating material with a thickness of 20 or 30mm. The two rubber wraps are bonded to each other to form a single body. The rubber is usually covered with a fine layer of sealing plastic. [0003] The pair of tubes thus has an overall size of approximately 140mm x 70mm with a 20mm diameter tube and 30mm insulation. [0004] These dimensions make the pipe difficult to transport and install. Contents of the invention [0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a solar panel tube which is more efficient and smal...
