The anti-derailment bearing vehicle comprises a frame and a supporting foot, wherein a wheel is arranged at the lower part of the supporting foot; the frame comprises a front cross beam and a back cross beam; the front cross beam is fixedly connected with a first front connecting beam and a second front connecting beam which are arranged in a bilateral symmetric way; the back cross beam is fixedly connected with a first back connecting beam and a second back connecting beam which are arranged in a bilateral symmetric way; the back end of the first front connecting beam is fixed with a first limiting plate; the back end of the first limiting plate is welded with a first connecting block; the first connecting block extends into a first rotatable joint side plate and is connected with the first rotatable joint side plate by a first connecting shaft pin; the first limiting plate and the first rotatable joint side plate are arranged at an interval; the back end of the first rotatable joint side plate is welded with a first shaft sleeve; the front end of the first back connecting beam extends into the first shaft sleeve and is in clearance fit with the first shaft sleeve; and the front end of the first back connecting beam is axially located together with a first baffle by a first bolt.
