Abstract

The invention discloses an ingot casting flow table, which comprises a diverting groove, a filling groove and filling tubes, wherein the diverting groove is used for diverting the casting solution; the filling groove is communicated with the diverting groove; the filling tube is arranged on the filling groove; two filling tubes are distributed on the bottom of the filling groove uniformly; and the diverting groove is communicated perpendicularly with the middle part of the filling groove. According to the cast ingot flow table, during the primary period of casting, the pure aluminum flows into the filling groove connected with the diverting groove perpendicularly through the diverting groove, and subsequently flows into two filling tubes uniformly and enters the bottom of a casting mold, so that the time difference in cast ingot aluminum bottoming through the filling tube casting on one same filling groove is reduced; the mutual bottom aluminum solidification degrees of the cast ingots are generally the same, so that the situation that when the solution for ingot casting is filled at the later period, the solution may be fixed with the pure aluminum which is not solidified, is avoided effectively; and the situations of cast ingot slag inclusion or crack are reduced, and then the production quality of the cast ingot is improved. The invention also provides an ingot casing machining device of the ingot casting flow table.
