Abstract

The invention relates to a single-phase dry type converter transformer for suppressing a polysilicon. The single-phase dry type converter transformer comprises an iron core, not less than two low-voltage winding input units, an electrostatic shielding layer, a low-voltage winding with not less than one tap and a high-voltage winding with not less than one lap, wherein the low-voltage winding is provided with n taps and n+1 tap positions, each tap position is controlled by a two-way silicon controlled rectifier, and output voltage of high voltage is controlled by adjusting the low-voltage tap position; the high-voltage winding is provided with m taps and m+1 tap positions, and the tap position of the output voltage of the high voltage can become the (n+1)*(m+1) tap position to be output by adjusting the low-voltage tap position; an isolating switch is closed, and the on-off control of each line of the two-way silicon controlled rectifier is controlled; and every type of the output voltage can be finely adjusted on the basis of the (n+1)*(m+1) types of the output voltage by controlling the conduction angle of each line of the two-way silicon controlled rectifier of the low-voltage winding input units.
