Abstract

According to the invention, a high-molecular hydrophobic polyisobutylene adhesive, hydrophilic sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, nano-silver, and pectin are composed, such that the dressing is prepared. The dressing has dual functions such as skin bonding and wound exudate absorbing. Exudate is absorbed from the wound, such that a moist environment is formed, new tissue growth can be promoted, and wound healing can be promoted. The nano-silver medical functional hydrocolloid dressing also provides a continuous sterilization capability. The nano-silver can gradually enter the deep inside of the wound from the surface, such that sterilization can be carried out. Therefore, the sterilization concentration of the nano-silver is greatly lower than that of silver micro-particles. With the nano-silver, a defect of black-spot formation after the silver micro-particles are oxidized is overcome. The nano-silver hydrocolloid is suitable for wound nursing with severe infection and large-amount of exudate.
