The invention relates to a shield machine remote data acquisition system based on an SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, and the shield machine remote data acquisition system comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a data acquisition server and a router, wherein the data acquisition server collects, controls and monitors each item of real-time data of the shield machine in the PLC in real time; the real-time data is bidirectionally transmitted to a ground WEB publishing server by virtue of one pair of symmetric digital subscriber lines (SDSL) and is monitored; meanwhile, the real-time data is published to a local network by the router and is published to a network after being opened by a router port; and therefore, the operation state of the shield machine is remotely monitored and observed in real time. The shield machine remote data acquisition system disclosed by the invention can be used for monitoring a large quantity of data which almost covers all operation data and IO (Input Output) port state of the shield machine, and technical personnel can be guaranteed to comprehensively analyze the data. WEB publication is realized so as to bring possibility for remotely diagnosing equipment faults and analyzing operation parameters, and a platform is provided for intensively monitoring the construction quality of the project department.
