Embodiment Construction

[0021] Combine the following figure 1 The present invention is further described.

[0022] see figure 1 , The embodiment of the present invention is equipped with a passive electronic tag 12 , a reader 13 , a data management system 14 and a washing device 15 .

[0023] The passive electronic tag 12 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, water immersion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc., and it is placed in the washing item; the washing item is placed in the washing equipment 15; when the washing equipment 15 drives the washing item to move, The passive electronic tag 12 moves with the washing items; the passive electronic tag 12 records relevant parameters. The vibration energy harvester can collect vibration energy according to the piezoelectric effect, and convert it into electrical energy to provide power for the passive electronic tag 12 . The passive electronic tag 12 transmits the recorded parameters to the reader-writer 13 through the i...

Abstract

The invention relates to an article washing monitoring method, in particular to an article washing monitoring method based on a passive identification tag, comprising the following steps: writing serial number information on the passive electronic tag, putting the passive electronic tag in an article to be washed, putting the article to be washed in washing equipment which can drive the passive electronic tag to move, recording related parameters by using the passive electronic tag, taking out the washed article, and judging that whether the washed article reaches the standard by using a reader according to the information recorded by the passive electronic tag. The energy collected by a vibrating energy collector is used for supplying power to the passive electronic tag, thus the energy is saved, and the trouble of mounting a passive electronic tag power supplying appliance is reduced. The identifying with a radio-frequency identifying (RFID) system is more objective and credible than distinguishing with naked eyes, thus the work efficiency is improved. The consumer can test and verify on site through the reader, thus the strength of supervising the washing company is effectively improved, and the hygienic safety of the consumer is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for monitoring article washing, in particular to a method for monitoring article washing based on a passive identification tag (RFID). Background technique [0002] Airline blankets, quilt covers, hotel bedding, tablecloths and other items are usually entrusted to laundry companies for washing, but whether the washing is in place can only be observed with the naked eye. According to media reports, some washing companies do not even wash some items that have no obvious stains on the naked eye, which brings health and safety risks to consumers and negatively affects the image of the entrusting company. [0003] According to the working principle of RFID, the RFID system includes three parts: electronic tags, readers and data management systems. The space electromagnetic wave transmission channel is set up between the electronic tag and the reader through the antenna. The data on the electronic tag is transmitted to the...
