The article labeling device comprises a data collecting module, a data storing module and a communication module, wherein the data collecting module is used for collecting physical parameters of the environment of the article labeling device; the data storing module is used for storing the data collected by the data collecting module; the communication module is used for interacting with the device except the article labeling device for transferring the data stored in the data storing module; and the communication module is a RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) module and a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface module. According to the invention, the article labeling device can be bound with transported articles. The physical parameters of the environment of the article labeling device can be collected by the data collecting module and can be stored in the data storing module, and the data stored in the data storing module can be transferred by the RFID module and the USB interface module in the communication module, so that the state of the articles can be accurately mastered and the state of the articles during the transporting and storing processes can be efficiently and reliably mastered, by utilizing the article labeling device.
