A miniature temperature-difference battery to be tested is placed in the testing fixture, and the testing process is positioned in a vacuum environment. According to the testing system, current flowing through a heating block can be regulated and controlled by the controlling and testing circuit system, the control of the flow rate of heat in the testing process and the collection of relevant testing data are realized, the testing data are also transmitted to a microcomputer in real time, and the controlling of the entire testing process, the processing of the testing data and the real-time displaying of the testing data and a calculating result on a computer display are realized by the microcomputer.
