Abstract
The invention discloses a static detection platform for non-earthing equipment with a nonmetallic shell. The static detection platform comprises a test table, a horizontal coupling plate, an electrostatic discharge generator and four side face static films; a first insulating pad layer is used for accommodating the non-earthing equipment; a second insulating pad layer is positioned on the horizontal coupling plate and on one side of the first insulating pad layer; a vertical coupling plate is fixed on the surface of the second insulating pad layer; the horizontal coupling plate is connected to an earthing reference plane through a lead connected in serial with a resistor; the four side face static films are positioned on four side faces of the inner surface of the nonmetallic shell; and a bottom surface static film is positioned on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the nonmetallic shell, is electrically connected with the side face static films and has an area larger than those of the side face static films. The static detection platform solves the technical problem that electrostatic discharge of a non-earthing system with a nonmetallic shell is difficult, and a quick and effective discharge path is provided, so that the electrostatic discharge is prevented from interfering with the normal work of the equipment.
