The invention discloses a wastewater-free reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment device combining functions of healthy water and purified water, comprising a water feeding device and a water discharging device, wherein a pre-treatment system, an RO membrane, post-positioned active carbon and a water processor are respectively connected between the water feeding device and the water discharging device through pipelines, wherein the downstream of the pre-treatment system is connected with a water feeding solenoid valve and a boosting pump; the boosting pump is connected with the RO membrane and the RO membrane is connected with a concentrated water treatment system. According to the invention, compared with the water with a common water storage barrel condition, hydrogen-rich activated water (the healthy water) provided by the device disclosed by the invention is directly generated and does not have a storage process in a water storage barrel, so that the water is more fresh and the mouth feel is better.
