Abstract

The invention relates to a continuous annealing process of a cold rolling low alloy high-strength steel plate with yield strength at grade of 420 MPa. The variety of steel comprises chemical components of, by mass percent, C<=0.1%, Mn<=1.6%, Si<=0.5%, P<=0.025%, S<=0.025%, Alt<=0.015, Ti<=0.15%, Nb<=0.09% and the balance of Fe. A cold rolling reduction is controlled at 60-70%. The steel plate is heated with a rate of 20+ / -5 DEG C / s from a room temperature to 650 + / - 20 DEG C, then heated to 800+ / -10 DEG C with a rate of 150+ / -25 DEG C / s, treated with soaking for 40-100 s, then cooled to 600+ / -20 DEG C with a rate of 10+ / -5 DEG C / s, then cooled to 270+ / -20 DEG C with a rate of 25+ / -5 DEG C / s and finally cooled to the room temperature in water. The continuous annealing steel plate produced by the invention has shortened annealing time and reduced energy consumption, with mechanical properties maintained practically the same.
